I am beyond glad that I can finally sit outside to eat my breakfast and not have to run back inside after a few minutes of cold wind. It’s finally May and the sun is coming out to play.
This morning I finished my workout and came home trying to decide what to eat for breakfast. My go-to and easiest breakfast is peanut butter waffles, but to save some strawberries from going bad, I cut them up and popped them right onto the peanut butter for some added freshness. I also drizzled some honey for sweetness and sprinkled some chia seeds for extra protein!
